Staffing Patterns Policy No. 462

COMPARABLE SERVICES 

Educational and other services provided in the district�s Title I schools will be comparable to those services provided at the same grade levels in all other schools in the district.  The district will ensure substantial equivalence in qualifications and staffing patterns of teachers, administrators, and other staff at the district schools, and use a district-wide salary schedule.  The district will provide substantially equivalent curriculum materials and instructional supplies at all district schools serving the same grade levels.
