Salary Schedule, Certificated POLICY NO: 433

The board of trustees, as a result of professional negotiations, shall establish a single salary schedule including regulations for placement and advancement thereon, for the several certificated positions in the school district, the goal of which schedule will be to: 1) attract to this school district the best candidates available, 2) give stability to the professional staff, and 3) stimulate professional growth while in the district's service.

These schedules shall be subject to periodic review dependent upon the needs of the school district and as necessitated for the continued improvement of the educational programs of this school district.

The following rules and regulations covering transfer of experience and applicability of college credit are made part of the salary schedule.
