Compensation for Extra Services, Certificated
POLICY NO: 435

Certain work and responsibilities over and above normal teaching assignments are assigned to various personnel. These work assignments are considered essential to the overall program of the school district. Supplemental compensation for assignments placed by the board on the supplemental list will be paid according to a schedule established by the board of trustees through negotiations with the representative organization. Administration of the program is in the hands of the superintendent of schools.
