We are receiving
some SPAM E-Mail messages that are crippling POP3 access for selected users.
These messages bind up the POP3 QUEUE and freeze transactions.
One of the only ways to fix this issue is to log into your district webmail
account using http://mail2.sd391.k12.id.us/exchange and entering their username
and email.
In the DOMAIN box make sure you put the entire email address for the Username:
[email protected]
Enter your regular school login password in the password box.

Once logged in, look for �suspicious� looking SPAM emails such as emails with no
subject or messages that are particularly large. Delete them. You should also
take the time to right click the �Deleted Items� folder on the left and select
�Empty Deleted Items� You should now be able to pull your POP3 Email. (Unless
you are using exchange)
