eSIS Reporting and using Email to send reports.
1. Log into eSIS like you normally do. You will see
the Teacher Assistant. |

Use the REPORTS button to initiate a report menu window.

Select the desired report and choose the parameters you would like to
display.
Remember that you can select multiple students, assignments etc. This
might be particularly helpful for printing reports for all Spec. Ed
students in one class into ONE report!
When you are done, click the HOTPRINT button.

4.
Once the report opens in Adobe Reader, go to FILE and click on EMAIL.
If the report opens in your browser, see the solution below and/or see your Building Tech Person to
edit your Adobe preferences.
5. Fill out the appropriate fields from within that particular email
(recipients, subject, etc) and send it off! |

If
your report opens within your browser and you are unable to send the
report from the FILE menu, Follow these steps: 1. Open up Adobe Reader
by itself
2. Go to EDIT>>PREFERENCES
3. Click on INTERNET
4. UNcheck DISPLAY PDF IN BROWSER
5. Click on OK |
