Vision Statement

Sunnyside Elementary School with the support of our families and community will prepare all students to become lifelong learners, prepared to meet the challenges presented by a culturally diverse and technologically sophisticated world.

With the support of the community, school staff members and parents will work jointly to provide a safe nurturing environment that emphasizes the development of a strong work ethic.

Parents, school staff, and community will provide the resources for Sunnyside students to demonstrate growth in all academic areas through a variety of assessments and develop responsibility, respect, self-discipline, and positive interpersonal skills.
