| Users must have signed both internet and computer policies. |
| Understand that even though this access is not limited to district computers, those same policies that define email use still apply. |
| Using web mail on public computers may leave email content and password information on that computer. You may limit that exposure by clearing the browser cache and closing the browser. But, that will only limit that potential risk and not eliminate it. |
