1. HIGH:  Significantly obstructs major facets of student learning, or implementation of state mandates for more than one individual or disables critical operation of the school district. I.e. Inability to run district payroll, not able to perform ISAT testing, etc.
2. MEDIUM: Inhibits delivery of instruction, or prevents users ability to perform non instructional duties for more than one individual or significant effects for one individual
3. LOW: Needs attention, but is not critical to the education process. I.e. End user can print, but not to preferred printer, or upgrades to currently operational equipment/software.
