Superintendent Authority POLICY NO: 306

The superintendent has the authority to make administrative decisions on issues not specifically covered by written board policy when circumstances and time restrictions make such action necessary. The superintendent’s decision shall be subject to review by action of the board at its next regular or special meeting.
